Mr Richard Sainsbury
Mr Richard Sainsbury is a consultant breast and reconstruction surgeon at 108 Harley Street since 2000.
He qualified in 1977 from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne Medical School and obtained a MD with distinction in 1986. He was a consultant breast surgeon at Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust and IOW NHS Primary Care Trust in 2007.
Dr Abha Gulati
Dr Abha Gulati is a UK-trained consultant dermatologist here at 108 Harley Street. She has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of general dermatology in adults and children and consults on all aspects of skin disease including skin cancer, moles, acne, eczema, psoriasis and inflammatory skin diseases.
She studied medicine at University College London where she was also awarded a first class honours degree in Physiology and Pharmacology. She has been practising dermatology since 2003 which has included training at a number of London’s teaching hospitals including Bart’s Health, Hammersmith & Ealing, Chelsea & Westminster and University College Hospitals. Since 2015, she has been a consultant dermatologist at Homerton Healthcare Foundation Trust, where she is the Clinical Lead for Dermatology and lead clinician for skin cancer services.
Dr Mary Sommerlad
Dr Mary Sommerlad is a UK trained, consultant dermatologist at the clinic since 2021.
She studied medicine at University College London (UCL) where she obtained a First Class intercalated BSc in Immunology at UCL and was awarded the British Society of Immunology Undergraduate Prize. During her time as a medical student, she obtained the Prize for Society & the Individual. She graduated from UCL with a Merit in Clinical Practice and undertook rigorous training programmes in London and the South-East.

Her clinical expertise has been shaped by years of practice in internationally renowned centres of dermatology excellence and she currently holds a substantive consultant post at a leading London teaching hospital.

Dr Jasmine Mann is a UK trained dermatologist with 10 years of experience, who consults on all aspects of skin disease including skin cancer, moles, acne, eczema, psoriasis and inflammatory skin diseases.

Dr George Kravvas is a UK-trained Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatological Surgeon, known for his warm, person-centred approach and deep commitment to patient care.
Mr Wissam Abou-Chedid
Mr Wissam Abou-Chedid earned his medical degree from the University of Saint Joseph in Beirut before completing his urology specialist training at Henry Mondor University Hospital in Paris. He further honed his skills through fellowships in minimally invasive and robotic surgery at Saint Augustin Clinic in Bordeaux and the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford.
Mr Mahantesh Karoshi
Mr Mahantesh Karoshi is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Women’s Health Expert. He practices both in the NHS and his private clinic. He brings a wide and specialist skill-set to his patients. Mr Karoshi is a firm believer in educating his patients as best as he can, to contribute to achieving the best possible clinical and holistic outcomes. By taking this approach, he enables and empowers his patients, whilst addressing their issues and concerns.
Dr Philip Dilks
Dr Philip Dilks is a Consultant Radiologist specialising in general and breast imaging and is the Director of Breast Screening for Central and North East London. He has recently joined the team at 108 Harley Street in summer 2021.
Dr Simon Blease
Dr Simon Blease trained in radiology in London and Bristol on secondment from the Royal Air Force, finishing his service career as the Director of Radiology at RAF Hospital Wroughton. During his time in the RAF and in a short return to the NHS (96-99), Simon developed an expertise in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Musculoskeletal Imaging. He established the first MRI scanner in the British Military service in 1993 and was project leader for a new MRI and CT Centre in the NHS Wales.
