Colorectal symptoms that need to be investigated:
- Rectal Bleeding – Especially Dark Stool and Blood Mixed and in the Stool
- Black Tar like Stool
- Change in Bowel Habit (Diarrhoea or Constipation) Lasting More than 4 Weeks
- Mass / Lump Protruding at Anal Verge
- Symptoms and Signs of Anaemia eg. Blood Test Shows Iron Deficiency or Anaemia
- Positive Faecal occult Blood Test
- Faecal Urgency – Urge to Defecate without Relief
- Faecal Incontinence
- Pelvic Floor Weakness
- Pain at / or Discharge from Anus
- Pain at / or Discharge / or Lump in Natal Cleft
