Mr Simon Marsh

Mr Simon Marsh has been an integral part of 108 Harley Street since 1999. He is the Surgical Director of the Gilmore Groin and Hernia Clinic and a member of the Breast Clinic and the Skin Clinic. He also chairs the MAC and is a Non-Executive Director of 108 Medical Ltd.
Having trained at Trinity College Cambridge and the Clinical School, Addenbrooke’s Hospital, he was one of the few students to be awarded the William Harvey Studentship in consecutive years.
Mr. Jason Lee

Mr Jason Lee is a breast cancer surgeon in London, specialising in oncoplastic and breast reconstructive surgery.
He was educated as a scholar at both St Paul’s School and Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. In 1999, he qualified with a double distinction from the University of Cambridge Medical School. He undertook early surgical training at the Middlesex Hospital and subsequently went on to be awarded a postgraduate MS thesis from the University of London.
Mr Yazan Masannat

Yazan Masannat is an award-winning Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon specialising in Breast Cancer Surgery. He has joined 108 Harley Street to bring his knowledge and expertise to the breast team. He has many areas of specialist interest in Breast Cancer Surgery including Breast Reconstruction, Oncoplastic Breast Surgery using the different techniques like therapeutic mammoplasty and Chest Wall Perforator Flaps when indicated to conserve the Breast and Revision Surgery after breast cancer treatment.
Professor Julia Scarisbrick

Prof Julia Scarisbrick is a consultant dermatologist since 2004 and trained in London at St Thomas’, University College and the Hammersmith Hospitals.
She consults on all skin conditions for both children and adults aged 12+ and has published widely on dermatology and skin cancer (PubMed website).
Mr Emin Carapeti

Mr Emin Carapeti is a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at 108 Harley Street.
In addition to his colorectal work he also has a extensive experience in the treatment of groin hernia both simple and complicated. He also attended The Shouldice Hernia Clinic near Toronto, Canada where he learnt about the famous Shouldice hernia repair. He is a member of The Gilmore Groin and Hernia Clinic team undertaking repair of groin disruption (Gilmore’s Groin).
Mr Amir Darakhshan

Mr Amir Darakhshan is a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon at 108 Harley Street specialising in the management of inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor disorders and hernia repair, with an expertise in laparoscopic surgery, reflecting his sub-specialty work at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals.
Dr James Mackay

Dr James Mackay was one of the first accredited Consultant Clinical Genetic Oncologists with a special interest in cancer genetics in the UK and was an honorary senior lecturer in the Research Department of Oncology, The UCL Cancer Institute, University College London.
Miss Jasdeep Gahir

Miss Jasdeep Gahir has been a leading Consultant Oncoplastic Breast and General Surgeon at North Middlesex University Hospital since 2013, where she established the Breast Surgery Unit and introduced the hospital’s first breast reconstruction procedures. She also leads General Surgery clinics and contributes extensively to education as the Lead for Education at London Cancer and an ARCP panelist for surgical trainees.
Mr Richard Sainsbury

Mr Richard Sainsbury is a consultant breast and reconstruction surgeon at 108 Harley Street since 2000.
He qualified in 1977 from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne Medical School and obtained a MD with distinction in 1986. He was a consultant breast surgeon at Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust and IOW NHS Primary Care Trust in 2007.
Dr Abha Gulati

Dr Abha Gulati is a UK-trained consultant dermatologist here at 108 Harley Street. She has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of general dermatology in adults and children and consults on all aspects of skin disease including skin cancer, moles, acne, eczema, psoriasis and inflammatory skin diseases.
She studied medicine at University College London where she was also awarded a first class honours degree in Physiology and Pharmacology. She has been practising dermatology since 2003 which has included training at a number of London’s teaching hospitals including Bart’s Health, Hammersmith & Ealing, Chelsea & Westminster and University College Hospitals. Since 2015, she has been a consultant dermatologist at Homerton Healthcare Foundation Trust, where she is the Clinical Lead for Dermatology and lead clinician for skin cancer services.
